Week 7 Blog

There's nothing super major that happened this week, so expect it to be very short. First of all, time had basically flown by. It's already 2 weeks till fall break officially starts, and honestly, it still feels like it's only been close to halfway. Besides that, I will admit that leadership is a big part in making that time go fast. The classes are super simple, and there's always something to do. However, if there isn't something to do, I can always just work or use my phone. It's a sort of relaxing class. Oh, besides that, this week specifically. This week might have possibly been the last week for flag football, which I'm sort of looking forward to. Yes, I get to leave the 2nd class early, but standing in the sun for an hour is a very one-sided price to pay to leave 15 minutes earlier. Besides that, there's also a lot more other things that have happened this week. I've also learned about the retreat thing, now mainly the term of the "retreat" was tossed around during leadership, but I didn't know much about it. But then I learned a lot more about it, apparently during Monday, the leadership teacher explained about the retreat. The retreat was basically an annual event taking place in a sort of camp. It allows students to go on "adventures" and bond together in certain activities.  I'm still debating if I have to or WANT to go, if it affects my grade that is.

Some highs may just be that todays the last week for flag football. Like I said, leaving class 15 minutes early to stand in the hot sun for an hour is a very major price to pay. And honestly, it's super tiring, and I keep forgetting to bring my umbrella. Another high may have also been that it's only 2 weeks till fall break. As I said the school year went by fast and I'm excited for the break to officially begin. Even though I have all A's in all classes but leadership, I still don't mind and just want to go and rest. Some lows may be the camp. Now don't get me wrong, I like to be outside and just do my own thing, but sometimes I just want to rest. And honestly if it happens over

Kamehameha Hwy ( where we are staying

school I don't care, but if it's over the break (my free time) it becomes an issue. My mom does say it sounds fun and that I should go, but I'm still thinking about it. Unless it affects my grade which I will go, but if not, then I may or may not go.

The moral of this week may be that time flies by extremely fast, and we have to cherish it a lot. Sometimes people don't understand all the many things they have currently, and they only start to appreciate it once it's gone. So, it's best to spend time with the people you love, or to make the best out of things. You only start to regret it once it ends. I know that because I've experience it multiple times, and let's say I still probably have yet to learn.
