Week 9 Quarter 2 Blog

    This week was generally just super bland and boring, nothing really interesting happened throughout the school week, so I'm just going to talk about something else, which is Christmas Decorations. Hawaii quite literally gets no snow, which means that we have to make it as festive as possible without one of the most important things that relate to Christmas. So obviously, my family had to go all out and we tried to make it as festive as possible, outside and inside. We put up a bunch of lights everywhere and we put a 10-14 Ft Santa up (I'm not sure how tall it is exactly) and decorated our indoor house. We also got a tree and decided to decorate that as well. Overall, very basic and boring week, except the Christmas decoration part. Also, the pages for our yearbook were cancelled, so now that's delayed and we're trying to decide what to put in that. I have nothing else to type so I'll explain what's going to happen soon. I'm going to have to make a whole choreography (or dance) to one of the songs from Shrek for some play that leadership is going to have to put up, and it's exactly as it sounds, like hell.

            Some Indoor Decorations

    A highlight of this week may be the fact that I got to put up some Christmas decorations. My family in general, loves Christmas a lot, we just love the whole vibe to it, and the decorations we're just the cherry on top of our love for the holidays. It was fun to put up the Santa and nice to see it being up in the air waving at people 100% not creepily, but it also came with a heart light in its nose so... A lowlight of this week may be the fact that it was boring as hell. Trust me, I wrote practical essays on a 3 day Retreat longer than this blog. I would be writing a lot if there was just more flavor to this place, but no, it was just generally boring and dull to me,

    A lesson I learned was that there are some bad, dull, possibly annoying weeks, but there are some good ones too. So you should keep your head in the clouds, and focus on the positive aspects of life to make it improve.

    I suppose a magic note I liked was the one from Denna's, mainly because I like to play the video in front of her to annoy her in some way. But also because she definitely did a good job in acting. Janzen was literally slacking, and Dominic had a few lines that he somehow messed up on. You did great, and you should realize that, basically, ate queen.
