Quarter 3, Week 1 Blog

So, Quarter 3 essentially had just started, and so far I don't really have any specific opinions about it. I mean, the week itself was relatively relaxing, with it only being 3 days, one which included an MTSS day at the end of the week. Leadership didn't even have that much planned out or that much to do in general during that specific week. It was mainly just focused on constructing the yearbook which I couldn't do my page being it was cancelled and now I have to wait 2 weeks for myself to be assigned a new page to work on. Of course, with that out of the way, this week at school was relaxing in a way. Nothing to harsh that I had to deal with. Winter break was also nice, Christmas happened over winter break and it was relatively nice ( like any other Christmas ) and besides that, winter break was just a big excuse to relax and not think about anything to much. Of course, there's not much to write about this quarter as of now and nothing new has happened just yet. But hopefully maybe something that is at least slightly entertaining comes into play. Since there's nothing to talk about for this week so far and in winter break, and I feel that this blog may be a little too short; I think that I should just discuss what I plan to do for this quarter and what is expected for my being. For one thing, yearbook, if you had read some of my older blogs which you probably know since you had to grade my older ones ( or you're just reading them for fun but I'm not really sure who does that. ) You know that my supposedly assigned yearbook page which was the "Talent Show" was quickly scrapped due to the fact that NOBODY has signed up for the talent show. Now, my partner along with I were assigned a new page for the yearbook which consisted of "Family Nite." Family Nite is a simple concept which is pretty simple. It's bringing your family to school for any sort of educational related topics or subjects. For example, Family Nite #2 was mainly based off of the core class "Social Studies." There are a total of 5, so it might take a while to finish this yearbook page which ultimately means that it's going to be extremely time consuming. And I already have enough to deal with as it is right now. But, i'm positive i'm able to withstand this correctly without any issues. I mean, I did have to deal with a specific event for more than 11 years stuck in my mind ( if you know what I mean [ Retreat People ] ) so I can take in something that lasts for 4 months. There also might be some more GT products, I know I stressed the fact about the original GT video that I was originally assigned. But turns out, it wasn't that bad and gave me an excuse to use the computer as I multi tasked with whatever with my phone ( Which I'm also doing right now as I type out this blog. ) Just in general, I'm really wishing for the best with this Quarter, it's also the start of my 2nd semester, my grades are good so far which I'm happy with and I'm hoping it stays that way. Of course, it's going to get harder with the "High School Testing" so hopefully for this last quarter, god will spare my mental state and make school just a tad bit easier than last semester.

( My Grades, IDFK WHAT TO PUT HERE)

A highlight would've been the winter break (obviously), I mean sure I like school, it allows me to do something for the whole week and tests my abilities along with seeing my friends. But sometimes ( most of the time ), I feel exhausted and need a break, so winter break was obviously a massive highlight in this "week." I'm including winter break as a part of this week since, well, it happened during this week, or at least was about to end within it. Obviously, I probably wouldn't have been able to make it this far w/o the breaks and holidays or else I would've died from brain information overflow, so thank whoever for making a holiday that is suppose to be necessary to happen annually. Another highlight may have been coming back to school to see my friends, obviously, it's nice to see the people that you care about after 2 weeks or so. The only downside I can think of this week, is sort of obvious; going back to school. I know I just said I "liked school." But I'd say that I may have been over exaggerating a little, and i'm too lazy to change it. Obviously my mind is still adjusting after going from break to school just within a couple of weeks. I think I still need time to adjust, but other than that, still disappointed a little.

The only moral of this week I learned was that, you should always be ahead in the game; meaning that you should make sure to be aware of what's to come in the near future and be prepared for it. I may or may not sort of regret staying up till 3:00 AM on the very last day of break until school. Sort of surprised I managed to keep myself awake on that school day.
