Quarter 3 Week 4 Blog

The week in general was sort of normal, nothing to extreme had really happened, except specifically on Thursday with ISA but I'll get into that later. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday including leadership activities weren't exactly that intense. It was Thursday that was what's most important, because that's when ISA happened. Personally I don't really like ISA's, especially with the job given to me because it's always hot and they have little to no shade with the jobs that are distributed to us. I have no idea what ISA stands for but i'm certain that it relates to sports in some way. I think it means International Sports Academics or something, ISA consists of multiple different sports like bowling, soccer, etc. ISA happens at multiple schools that are close by, but this week the ISA concluded over at our school. Of course this meant that we didn't have to go to any of our classes that day because we had to work which was good, but specifically at what cost. As leadership, we don't participate in the ISA as players, more like as assistants/helpers, & I was a goal keeper. I was literally so tired as goal keeper, I had to keep track of everything and I had no idea how anything worked. Nows the time to mention that this ISA specifically was for softball and volleyball, and I was the score keeper for volleyball. I understood softball a little, but I didn't understand jack about volleyball at all. So of course, putting me as the scorekeeper for the only game I didn't know how to operate was extremely risky and I was tired of it. Luckily the referee helped me so I didn't necessarily suffer as much as I made it sound. However, people complained about the score, and I was hesitating to change it out of spite. The ISA was okay, nothing too much happened after that, especially during the same week, so I suppose that's all I have to talk about. Oh also, after ISA ended I got sick and found out I got COVID or something. Sorry I pulled this out of thin air, just felt the need to mention it after I finished typing this but I'm to lazy to actually re-edit everything.

I guess a high about this week was that I was able to stay home for Friday because I got sick, it allowed me to just rest which is what I really needed and I'm glad I was able to finally take a break from my worries & school. A low may be getting covid, like yeah I got some days off but it still was a bitch, The very first day that I felt sick ( Thursday ) I woke up at 11:00 pm in shock, hyperventilating, feeling dizzy, tired, dehydrated, and just in general, dead. I also got migraines and headaches, and I couldn't feel a lot of my body.

A moral of this week that I learned that you should be careful what you wish for because I wished to be able to have some days off school, but we kind of know where that went afterwards.

Anyways the magic note I decided to choose was Leyla's because I just want to say this out of spite real quickly, I will get that set. And I won't ever use it, I'll literaly just buy it out of spite, and the only thing I'll probably use periodically is the umbrella.
